Two Races Then Postponed Again!

The sun wasn't up this morning when our alarm clocks went off at 6am, kicking us out of bed to make sure we got to the boat park by 7am in order to rig the boat. We had two races this morning starting just after 8:30 which resulted in two wins to take our record to 8-0.

After losing half a day of sailing yesterday, the race committee charged it today and got in 12 flights of racing. We ended up doing three of those flights and winning all three of our races to take our overall record to 6-0.

It was a good start for Team Maclaren today. We opened the series with three wins before racing was cancelled for the day due to too much wind.

Tomorrow starts day one of the Semaine Olympique Francaise De Voile Regatta in Hyeres, France. It is the third stop in the ISAF World Cup series for the Women's Match Racing Fleet. There are 17 teams competing from 11 nations, and racing is scheduled to start at 10am.

We Won! After a very windy and wavy physical day, we managed to win the finals 3-1 over Team Leroy (FRA) at the 2012 Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia.
